  1. Navigate to: https://resources.csce.se/downloads/pamirviewer
  2. Download & Copy the PamirViewerSetupx.y.exe to a folder created at (C:\Downloads)
  3. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  4. Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
  5. Enter the following command: PamirViewerSetupx.y.exe /i /q /noreboot
  6. Press Enter

After a few moments you should see the Pamir Viewer Desktop Shortcut appear. You will also find entries in the Start Menu, Installation Directory, and Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
