How to Install ImageGlass Silently

ImageGlass 32-bit Silent Install (MSI)

  1. Navigate to: https://github.com/d2phap/ImageGlass/releases/latest
  2. Download the ImageGlass_Kobe_x.y.z_x86.msi to a folder created at (C:\Downloads)
  3. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  4. Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
  5. Enter the following command:
MsiExec.exe /i ImageGlass_Kobe_x.y.z_x86.msi ALLUSERS=1 /qn

After a few moments you should see the ImageGlass Desktop Shortcut appear. You will also find entries in the Start Menu, Installation Directory, and Programs and Features in the Control Panel.

Create an ImageGlass Installation Log File

  • Install ImageGlass
  • Launch ImageGlass and configure your preferred settings
  • Close ImageGlass
  • Copy the igconfig.xml file located in the “%AppData%\ImageGlass\” directory to “C:\Downloads”
  • Uninstall ImageGlass
  • Delete the “%AppData%\ImageGlass\” directory to test
  • Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  • Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
  • Enter the following commands:
