  2. Download the Setup_TurboC_7_vx.y.zip to a folder created at (C:\Downloads)
  3. Extract the Setup_TurboC_7_vx.y.exe from the zip file using 7-Zip to C:\Downloads
  4. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  5. Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
  6. Enter the following command: Setup_TurboC_7_vx.y.exe /VERYSILENT /NORESTART
  7. Press Enter

After a few moments you should see the TurboC 7 Desktop Shortcut appear. You will also find entries in the Start Menu, Installation Directory, and Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
