  1. Navigate to: https://securecdn.oculus.com/binaries/download/?id=3754726804808697
  2. Download the OculusSetup.exe to a folder created at (C:\Downloads)
  3. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  4. Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
  5. Enter the following command: OculusSetup.exe --unattended
  6. Press Enter

After several minutes you should see the Meta Quest Link Desktop Shortcut appear. You will also find entries in the Start Menu, Installation Directory, and Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
