  4. Download the spdsp2010-kb2687463-fullfile-x86-en-us.exe to a folder created at (C:\Downloads)
  5. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  6. Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
  7. Enter the following command to extract the setup files:
    • SharePointDesigner.exe /extract:C:\Downloads\PictureManager
  8. Press Enter
  9. Enter the following command to extract the 32-bit Service Pack 2 files:
    • spdsp2010-kb2687463-fullfile-x86-en-us.exe /extract:C:\Downloads\PictureManager\Updates
  10. Accept the EULA of the Service Pack & Click Continue
  11. Navigate to the C:\Downloads\PictureManager folder
  12. Enter the following command to launch the Microsoft Office Customizations Tool: setup.exe /admin

  21. Select File-> Save
  22. Name the file PictureManager.msp & Save to C:\Downloads\PictureManager
  23. Close the Microsoft Office Customizations Tool
  24. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  25. Navigate to the C:\Downloads\PictureManager folder
