  1. Save the file to “C:\Downloads\R2022x_win64” & name it activate.ini
  2. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  3. Navigate to the “C:\Downloads\R2022x_win64” folder
  4. Enter the following commands:
xcopy ".\license.lic" /y /e "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2022a\"
setup.exe -inputFile installer_input.txt -activationPropertiesFile activate.ini
xcopy ".\license.lic" /y /e "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2022a\licenses\"

After several minutes you will find MATLAB R2022 entries in the Start Menu, Installation Directory and Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
