How to Install FreeCommander XE Silently

  2. Extract the contents of the zip file (FreeCommanderXE-32-public_setup.exe) with 7-Zip to C:\Downloads
  3. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  4. Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
  5. Enter the following command: FreeCommanderXE-32-public_setup.exe /SP- /VERYSILENT /NORESTART
  6. Press Enter

After a few moments you should see the FreeCommander Desktop Shortcut appear. You will also find entries in the Start Menu, Installation Directory, and Programs and Features in the Control Panel.

Create an Installation Log File
