- Extract the Embarcadero_Dev-Cpp_x.y_TDM-GCC_9.2_Setup.exe from the zip file using 7-Zip to (C:\Downloads)
- Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
- Navigate to the C:\Downloads folder
