  • Download the following compressed archive file (.7z) to a folder created at (C:\Downloads)
  1. Extract the AutoCAD_2025_English_Win_64bit_db_002_002.7z using 7-Zip to C:\Downloads\AutoCAD_2025_English_Win_64bit_db_002_002
  2. Navigate to C:\Downloads\AutoCAD_2025_English_Win_64bit_db_002_002
  3. Enter the following command: Setup.exe -q
  4. Press Enter

The Autodesk AutoCAD 2025 installer creates a desktop shortcut by default. If you don’t want the desktop shortcut, then you can follow these steps to exclude it.

  • Open the pkg.acadps.xml file with Notepad
  • Under the <Configuration> Section update the following line to include the ADSK_DESKTOPSHORTCUT_1=0 parameter
