  1. Login to the Adobe Admin Console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com
  2. Navigate to Packages->Adobe templates
  3. Search for PACKAGE NAME: InCopy | PLATFORM: Windows
  4. Click the magnifying glass to view the details for InCopy
  5. Click Customize to configure options based on your preferences
  6. After completing the customizations click Create Package
  7. Once the package build has completed it should automatically start to download
  8. Extract the contents of the InCopy_en_US_WIN_64.zip to “C:\Downloads\AdobeInCopyCC”
    • You should now see a similar structure inside the “C:\Downloads\AdobeInCopyCC” directory
      • Build
      • Exceptions
      • InCopy.ccp
      • PackageInfo.txt
  9. Open an Elevated Command Prompt by Right-Clicking on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
  10. Navigate to the “C:\Downloads\AdobeInCopyCC directory
  11. Enter the following command:
.\Build\setup.exe --silent

After a few minutes you should see the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Shortcut appear. You will also find entries in the Start Menu, Installation Directory, and Programs and Features in the Control Panel.

You can also change the default installation directory by using the following command line parameters. In this example, I’m installing Adobe InCopy CC to “C:\AdobeInCopyCC”

  1. The dlm log file records errors that may arise during the download process.
  2. The PDapp log file logs errors that may occur within the initial few minutes of installation.
  3. The main product install logs document errors that may take place during the installation process.

  1. Login to the Adobe Admin Console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com
  2. Navigate to Packages->Tools
  3. Download the Adobe Uninstall Tool
  4. Extract the AdobeUninstaller.exe from the AdobeUninstaller.zip file
  5. Copy the AdobeUninstaller.exe to C:\Downloads
